score op• Datenarten: tokens × tokens → attnmap
• Aufruf: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.attention_scores(query, key, scale=None) -> 'np.ndarray' (die Implementierung direkt: import llmcore; llmcore.attention_scores(query, key, scale=None) -> 'np.ndarray'; aus dem Register: opsllmcore.get("attention_scores"))
Rohe Attention-Scores QKᵀ/√d → attnmap (T, S).
Args:
query: (T, d) float. Die abfragende Seite.
key: (S, d) float. Die abgefragte Seite. d ist gleich wie bei query.
scale: Score-Faktor. None bedeutet 1/√d (Vaswani et al. 2017 -- gleicht aus, dass das Skalarprodukt proportional zu d
wächst und softmax spitz macht).
Returns:
attnmap (T, S) float: rohe Scores vor softmax.
