apply op• Data kinds: metrologymodel × image2d → table
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.apply_metrology_model(model, image, measure_length=6.0, sigma=1.0, threshold=0.05) -> 'list' (to call the implementation directly, import metrology; metrology.apply_metrology_model(model, image, measure_length=6.0, sigma=1.0, threshold=0.05) -> 'list'; from the registry, opsmeasure1d.get("apply_metrology_model"))
Measures subpixel edges along the normals of each metrology object's reference shape, refits the shape and returns the result (apply_metrology_model).
measure_length = search half-width along the normal [px], sigma = profile smoothing, threshold = minimum grey difference of edges to accept (in the image's grey units). Each result dict: type / edge_points (M,2) / amplitudes (M,) signed grey differences / score = mean |amplitude| / centroid / params (refitted shape; line:
row1,col1,row2,col2,angle_deg / circle: row,col,radius / ellipse: row,col,phi,ra>=rb /
rectangle: row,col,phi,l1>=l2) / rms = fit residual [px]. If there are not enough edge points to fit, params=None, rms=inf, and the reason goes into error (measurement of the other objects continues). phi of ellipses and rectangles is the orientation of the long axis (ra / l1).
