model op• Data kinds: none → metrologymodel (an op determined by its arguments alone — it takes no image or data input)
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.create_metrology_model() -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import metrology; metrology.create_metrology_model() -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsmeasure1d.get("create_metrology_model"))
Creates an empty metrology model (create_metrology_model).
The return value is the dict {"objects": []} (type metrologymodel). Onto it you stack reference shapes with add_metrology_object_line_measure / ..._circle_measure / ..._rectangle2_measure / ..._ellipse_measure / ..._generic, and measure them all at once with apply_metrology_model(model, image).
• There are no arguments. The model holds no image size or coordinate system; these are decided by the image at apply time.
• Each add_* modifies this dict in place and returns the position where it was added (starting at 0). The result list of apply_metrology_model is in this order.
• align_metrology_model does not modify it; it returns a new, translated model.
Coordinates are (row, col) [px]; the angle phi is measured from the col axis toward the row axis (image downward) in radians. This convention is common to the whole model.
