measure_pairs — MEASURE1D caliper op

• Data kinds: image2d × measurehandle → table

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.measure_pairs(image, measure, sigma=1.0, threshold=0.1) (to call the implementation directly, import measuring1d; measuring1d.measure_pairs(image, measure, sigma=1.0, threshold=0.1); from the registry, opsmeasure1d.get("measure_pairs"))

Usage

Extracts pairs of rising/falling edges (the width of a structure) (measure_pairs). first/second = pos of each edge, width = width [px], first_point/second_point = (row, col).

References (sample data, literature)

• Sample-data catalog (download URLs / licences) — 2-D uses skimage.data (BSD/public domain) plus synthetic images; 3-D lists download URLs for real data sources (Stanford, PDS, …).

• Operator provenance and references — the sources of the research/methods this op family came from.

• The canonical algorithm (author, year) and its uses are named in the family usage guide above.
