• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.profile_resample(contour, n=200, kind='arclength') (to call the implementation directly, import profileops; profileops.profile_resample(contour, n=200, kind='arclength'); from the registry, opsprofile.get("profile_resample"))
Resamples the contour at equal spacing. kind is "arclength" only (for now).
If the point density varies by location, fits of thickness and camber are dragged toward the dense parts. Resample the 2 curves to compare in the same way before comparing them.
