measure op• Data kinds: pairs → pairs
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.profile_thickness(contour, n=101) (to call the implementation directly, import profileops; profileops.profile_thickness(contour, n=101); from the registry, opsprofile.get("profile_thickness"))
Thickness distribution t(x). Returns (x, t) as an (n, 2) array.
Returned as pairs, so it can be passed straight to pairs_to_signal or plot_series. Take the maximum thickness and its position from the return value, not from profile_thickness_stats (maximum of t = maximum thickness ratio).
