algebra op• Data kinds: deformation → points
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.deformation_to_points(deformation) (to call the implementation directly, import reprconv; reprconv.deformation_to_points(deformation); from the registry, opsreprconv.get("deformation_to_points"))
A TPS deformation → its control points (N,3). The exit from deformation.
Extracts ctrl from the dict returned by tps_fit. It is for viewing "where this warp is anchored" in the point-cloud vocabulary, and is one-way (the weights w and the affine term a cannot be recovered from the control points alone).
Args:
deformation: dict with ctrl (the return of tps_fit).
Returns:
(N, 3) float64.
Raises:
ValueError: not a dict / no ctrl / bad shape / non-finite.
