flow op• Data kinds: flow_scattered → signal
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.flow_speed(flow) (to call the implementation directly, import reprconv; reprconv.flow_speed(flow); from the registry, opsreprconv.get("flow_speed"))
Scattered flow (N,3) → a speed signal (N,). The exit from scattered flow.
One-way (the direction is discarded). Passing a dense flow is fail-closed -- under the same type name flow 2 different things live, so the receiving side must always be made to choose.
Args:
flow: (N, 3) displacement vector field.
Returns:
(N,) float64.
Raises:
ValueError: not a scattered flow / non-finite.
