algebra op• Data kinds: pairs → cscalar
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.polar_to_cscalar(pairs) (to call the implementation directly, import reprconv; reprconv.polar_to_cscalar(pairs); from the registry, opsreprconv.get("polar_to_cscalar"))
Polar form pairs (1,2) = [r, theta [deg]] → a complex scalar. The inverse of cscalar_to_polar.
Args:
pairs: (1, 2). r >= 0.
Returns:
complex.
Raises:
ValueError: shape is not (1,2) / r < 0 / non-finite.
