algebra op• Data kinds: rot_scale → matrix
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.rot_scale_to_matrix(rot_scale) (to call the implementation directly, import reprconv; reprconv.rot_scale_to_matrix(rot_scale); from the registry, opsreprconv.get("rot_scale_to_matrix"))
(angle [deg], scale) → a 2-D similarity matrix (2,2). The exit from rot_scale.
Turns the 2-tuple returned by match_logpolar_z directly into a matrix. Round trip with matrix_to_rot_scale measured max|Δ| = 2.8e-14 (angle in degrees, scale dimensionless).
Args:
rot_scale: sequence of length 2 (angle_deg, scale). scale > 0.
Returns:
(2, 2) float64.
Raises:
ValueError: length is not 2 / scale <= 0 / non-finite.
