score_to_image2d — REPRCONV score op

• Data kinds: score → image2d

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.score_to_image2d(score, axis=0) (implementation को सीधे call करना हो तो import reprconv; reprconv.score_to_image2d(score, axis=0), registry से लेना हो तो opsreprconv.get("score_to_image2d"))

उपयोग

score volume → maximum intensity projection image2d। score से 2रा निकास।

दिए गए axis के साथ maximum intensity projection (MIP)। एकतरफ़ा (one-way)। यह जाँचने के लिए कि correlation peak "हर face से 1 ही दिखता है या नहीं" -- 2 दिखें तो correspondence अस्पष्ट है।

Args:

score: (D, H, W)।

axis: दबाया जाने वाला axis (0/1/2)।

Returns:

(H, W) जैसा 2-D float64।

Raises:

ValueError: 3-D नहीं / axis range से बाहर / non-finite।
