score_to_position — REPRCONV score op

• Data kinds: score → position

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.score_to_position(score) (to call the implementation directly, import reprconv; reprconv.score_to_position(score); from the registry, opsreprconv.get("score_to_position"))

Usage

A score volume → the location of its maximum, position (z, y, x). The exit from score.

argmax on the integer grid (no subpixel refinement -- that is the job of the existing refine_peak_newton; imitating it here would give different answers in 2 places). One-way (the volume cannot be recovered from 1 position).

Args:

score: (D, H, W).

Returns:

3-tuple of float (z, y, x).

Raises:

ValueError: not 3-D / non-finite.
