procrustes op• Data kinds: points × points → measurement
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.procrustes_distance(source, target, scaling: 'bool' = True, reflection: 'bool' = False, normalize: 'bool' = True) (to call the implementation directly, import shapestats; shapestats.procrustes_distance(source, target, scaling: 'bool' = True, reflection: 'bool' = False, normalize: 'bool' = True); from the registry, opsshapestat.get("procrustes_distance"))
Procrustes distance = per-point RMS after superimposition. → float.
normalize=True (default) gives a dimensionless value divided by the RMS centroid distance of *target*. Use this to compare shapes regardless of size. If you need the raw distance, False.
