denoise op• Data kinds: video → video
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.temporal_bilateral(video, window: 'int' = 5, sigma_t: 'float' = 2.0, sigma_r: 'float' = 0.1) -> 'np.ndarray' (to call the implementation directly, import videostream; videostream.temporal_bilateral(video, window: 'int' = 5, sigma_t: 'float' = 2.0, sigma_r: 'float' = 0.1) -> 'np.ndarray'; from the registry, opsvideostream.get("temporal_bilateral"))
Causal temporal bilateral denoise per frame → (T, H, W) (video).
Edge-preserving in time: averages recent frames but drops the weight of frames that differ (moved), so it denoises static regions without ghosting the motion the way moving_average_window does.
