slice op• Data kinds: rgbvolume → rgbimage
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.vol_label_mpr_rgb(rgbvol, center=None, gap: 'int' = 4, background=(0.05, 0.05, 0.07)) (to call the implementation directly, import volcolor; volcolor.vol_label_mpr_rgb(rgbvol, center=None, gap: 'int' = 4, background=(0.05, 0.05, 0.07)); from the registry, opsvolcolor.get("vol_label_mpr_rgb"))
The three orthogonal cuts of a coloured volume, laid out as one RGB image.
From left: axial (H, W) / coronal (D, W) / sagittal (D, H). *center* is the intersection (z, y, x) (default: the centre of each axis). Panel heights are bottom-padded with *background* to the maximum, and a gap of *gap* pixels is left between them.
The meaning of this figure is that the label colours come from the volume -- the same part appearing in the same colour in all 3 views is the evidence that the 3 sections come from the same labelling (in a figure re-coloured per section, the colours of the 3 views do not match).
Returns float64 (H_out, W_out, 3). Raises ValueError for a bad volume, a *center* outside the volume, or a negative *gap*.
