Practical 3 — Reconnaissance and Footprinting

Aim
Use search-engine queries (Google dorks) to locate publicly indexed information for authorized reconnaissance.

STEPS
1. Open a search engine.
2. Use targeted search operators from the practical, such as `site:`, `filetype:`, `intitle:` and quoted phrases.
3. Narrow results to the permitted domain or publicly available material.
4. Record relevant findings and their source URLs.

Example query patterns
- `site:example.com filetype:pdf`
- `site:example.com intitle:login`
- `"exact phrase" site:example.com`

Key point: Use only public information and authorized targets; do not attempt to access restricted resources.
