OpenPX Trademark & Brand Notice
================================

The OpenPX schema published at https://schema.openpx.org is released under the
MIT License (see LICENSE). Open licensing of the schema is intentional — we want
OpenPX to be freely implemented.

The MIT License covers the schema and code ONLY. It does NOT grant any right to
use the OpenPX name or logo.

OpenPX(TM), the OpenPX name, and the OpenPX logo (together, the "OpenPX Marks")
are trademarks of OpenPX Inc. We maintain these marks so that "OpenPX" continues to
identify the authentic standard and its governance — an open standard people can
trust needs a controlled name.

You MAY, without asking us first:
  - Truthfully state that your product, library, or service supports, implements,
is built on, or is compatible with OpenPX (nominative/descriptive use).
  - Link to https://schema.openpx.org and reference OpenPX versions by name.

You MAY NOT, without our prior written permission:
  - Use the OpenPX Marks in any way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship,
certification, or affiliation that does not exist.
  - Use "OpenPX" (or a confusingly similar name or logo) as the name of your own
product, service, company, organization, domain, or social account.
  - Alter, recolor, distort, or re-draw the OpenPX logo, or use it as your own
    brand or app icon.
  - Register the OpenPX Marks, or confusingly similar marks, as your own.

Compatibility/badge use (e.g. "Works with OpenPX") is permitted only in a way
that is clearly descriptive and does not imply official certification.
