How to watch Switchyard
Every train is a request to the model. Trains arrive on six lines on a recorded timetable.
A red signal means the train is waiting for its answer. The junction is the model's decision: which platform, A, B or C, is clear.
When the answer arrives the signal turns green, the switch throws and the train runs in. Its colour shows who answered: amber the MLX GPU, teal the Neural Engine.
!No answer within 100 ms? The train is Late: held at red and marked with !. In rush hour, watch the queues back up.
The same timetable is replayed once per setup, then the result compares them.
