## What UQFF is

UQFF is a **vacuum-first physics framework** built on a single non-mass primitive:

**ρ_SCm = 7.09×10⁻³⁷ J/m³** — the energy density of the SuperConductive material substrate.

From this one number plus **9 truly-independent primitives**, the framework derives observables across every scale of physics — from Planck-scale cosmology to the origin of life — at zero free parameters.
