grind op• Data kinds: signal × signal → table
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.ae_size_correspondence(power, d50, group=None) -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import grind; grind.ae_size_correspondence(power, d50, group=None) -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("ae_size_correspondence"))
Correspondence between AE band power and D50 (monotonicity, correlation, log–log slope α, P ∝ D50^α).
Passing group reports per group (material) (power levels differ by orders of magnitude between materials, so a pooled correlation picks up the level difference —— pooled is for reference only).
Returns: group → n, spearman (rank correlation), alpha (slope of ln P fitted against ln D50), sign_agree (fraction of all pairs in which "the one with larger D50 also has larger P"). With only 2 points, spearman can only be ±1 (always report n alongside).

• Operator provenance and references — the sources of the research/methods this op family came from.
• The canonical algorithm (author, year) and its uses are named in the family usage guide above.
