tacscalib op• Data kinds: text × scalar × scalar → table
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.calib_pack_load(path: 'str', pitch_mm: 'float', ball_radius_mm: 'float') -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import tacscalib; tacscalib.calib_pack_load(path: 'str', pitch_mm: 'float', ball_radius_mm: 'float') -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("calib_pack_load"))
Calibration pack (npz) → dict. The keys f0 (background (H, W, 3) uint8), imgs ((N, H, W, 3)), touch_center ((N, 2) = (column x, row y)) and touch_radius ((N,) px) are required; the centers are reordered to (row, column) and returned as centers.
pitch_mm [mm/px] and ball_radius_mm are supplied by the caller (they are not in the pack). Returns: f0, imgs, centers (N, 2), radii (N,) [px], pitch (m/px), pitch_mm, R_mm, R_px (= radius / pitch), n. The caller builds the data location from an environment variable (e.g. FULLSEYE_TAXIM_DATA).
Raises ValueError: missing key (including misspellings) / shape mismatch / 0 images / non-finite centre / radius ≤ 0 / pitch or ball radius ≤ 0. FileNotFoundError: path does not exist.
Empty input (path as an empty string) raises ValueError.

• The canonical algorithm (author, year) and its uses are named in the family usage guide above.
