granular op• Data kinds: image2d → table
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.container_fill_level(side, *, threshold: 'float' = 0.5) -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import granular; granular.container_fill_level(side, *, threshold: 'float' = 0.5) -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("container_fill_level"))
Reads the fill fraction and the tilt of the powder surface from a side image of the container interior (powder coverage; container inner dimensions = image).
Fill ratio = mean of the per-column powder surface (threshold crossing, sub-pixel) / number of rows. Powder surface → fit_line → surface_tilt_deg (positive the higher the right side) and surface_rms (deviation from a plane [px]). Raises ValueError: empty (no pixels at or above the threshold) / full so the powder surface is not visible (top row is powder).
