course_s_curve — DRIVE course op

• Data kinds: none → table (an op determined by its arguments alone — it takes no image or data input)

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.course_s_curve(width=3.5, radius_outer=7.5, arc_fraction=0.375, entry=4.0, arc_pts=48) (to call the implementation directly, import drivecourse; drivecourse.course_s_curve(width=3.5, radius_outer=7.5, arc_fraction=0.375, entry=4.0, arc_pts=48); from the registry, opsdrive.get("course_s_curve"))

Usage

Curved course (S-shaped): straight E → left arc (central angle 2π·f) → right arc (same) → straight E.

Outer radius R_o = radius_outer, inner radius R_i = R_o − w, centreline radius R_c = (R_o + R_i)/2. The two arcs reverse the direction of curvature at a common tangent point. The polygon is made by offsetting the centreline sample points by ±w/2 along the normal (arc sample points lie exactly on the outer and inner circles). Area = 2πf(R_o² − R_i²) + 2Ew. Standard: A = 3.5, B = 7.5, C = 3/8 → params["regulation"].

Raises ValueError: width or outer radius not positive, R_o ≤ w (inner radius ≤ 0), arc_fraction ∉ (0, 1), E < 0, arc_pts not an integer ≥ 1.
