largedef_correction — DRIVE tacdome op

• Data kinds: signal × scalar → signal

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.largedef_correction(d, n: 'float', reading: 'str' = 'derived') (to call the implementation directly, import tacdome; tacdome.largedef_correction(d, n: 'float', reading: 'str' = 'derived'); from the registry, opsdrive.get("largedef_correction"))

Usage

Large-deformation correction κₙ(d) = [1 − c₁·d + n/(2+n)·d²]/(1 − d)² (Eq. 3, c₁ from largedef_c1_coefficient). F = κₙ·F_L.

d is a scalar or array (0 ≤ d < 1). The default reading is the derived c₁ = 2n/(1+n). As d → 0 it is 1 + 2d/(1+n); for n = 1 it matches the exact solution for a neo-Hookean cylinder [(1 − d)⁻² − (1 − d)]/(3d). Raises ValueError: d outside [0, 1), n outside [1, 3], misspelled reading.
