• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.no_stopping_zones(features: 'Iterable[dict]', *, in_service: 'bool' = True) -> 'Dict[str, object]' (to call the implementation directly, import drivecrossing; drivecrossing.no_stopping_zones(features: 'Iterable[dict]', *, in_service: 'bool' = True) -> 'Dict[str, object]'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("no_stopping_zones"))
Builds the no-stopping-or-parking sections of Art. 44(1) from facilities along the road.
features[i] = {"kind", "start", "end"} (a bus stop may also use "at" = position of the sign post). kind ∈ NO_STOP_DISTANCE. Section = [start − d, end + d] (d = the distance for that item). Bus stops only during service hours (in_service). Return value: zones = [(a, b, kind, item)] (original order), merged = (k, 2) array with overlaps merged (ascending, mutually disjoint).
Empty input (features with 0 entries) returns an empty result (reason: roads with 0 facilities are common, and having no prohibited sections is the correct answer).
