This is a bridge module between Management System and Quality Control

This module contains some new features for Management System modules.

Nonconformity (NC)

Configuration

Automatic Nonconformity (NC) creation for products:

  • Go to Inventory > Products > Products and select “Create Nonconformity” flag under Inventory tab of a product.
  • Add a trigger for product in order to create inspections when product is used in any Transfers such as Receipts/Internal etc

Usage

NC QC Inspection

  • Go to Inspection → create a new one
  • Go to Management System → Nonconformity
  • Create new Nonconformity
  • Select a Quality Control Inspection on the list

NC Automatic Creation for Products

  • If “Create Nonconformity” flag configured on a product, a failed inspection creates an automatic nonconformity.
  • Use Quality Control > Inspections or Management System > Nonconformities to view automatically created nonconformity.
