MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Master Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of March 3, 2026 ("Effective Date") by and between:

Acme Corp, a Delaware corporation with offices at 42 Maple Street, Springfield, IL 62704 (EIN 12-3456789) ("Client"); and

Globex Inc, a California corporation with offices at 1700 Innovation Drive, San Jose, CA 95110 ("Provider").

1. Services and Fees

Provider shall deliver the managed analytics services described in Exhibit A. Total contract value is $2,500,000, invoiced quarterly. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

2. Term and Renewal

The initial term is twenty-four (24) months from the Effective Date. The Agreement renews automatically for successive twelve (12) month periods unless either party gives ninety (90) days written notice of non-renewal.

3. Confidentiality

Each party shall protect the other's Confidential Information and use it solely to perform under this Agreement.
