JOINT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT

This Joint Development Agreement is entered into as of May 22, 2026 by and between Acme Corp and Massive Dynamic LLC and Stardust Analytics LLC.

Acme Corp, with offices at 42 Maple Street, Springfield, IL 62704.

Massive Dynamic LLC, with offices at 17 Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA 02142.

Stardust Analytics LLC, with offices at 210 Harbor Street, Boston, MA 02210.

Terms

• Scope: co-develop a demand-forecasting model on shared datasets
• Term: 12 months, renewable by mutual agreement
• Funding: $1,200,000, split per the cost-sharing schedule
• IP: jointly owned; each party gets a perpetual license

Total value: $1,200,000.
