Review before submit (icvoss/django-brickwork#424). Required Transactional
journeys archetype.

COPY THIS FILE into your project and edit it. It is not on the template loader
path, so you cannot extend it (ADR-056).

What your view must supply:
    review_facts   [{label, value}] definition-table rows for what will be
                   submitted
    review_state   "ready" | "empty" | "error"

This page is the last look before a high-stakes POST: checkout pay, enrolment
finish, or a request submission. It is not app/confirm.html (destructive
pre-delete) and not auth/confirmation.html (post-submit success).

Name what will happen and to what. A vague "looks good?" is not a review.

States: review_state is the page's real branch.
  "ready": definition table of facts + submit POST + edit link.
  "empty": nothing assembled to review (_empty_state).
  "error": the draft could not be loaded (bw_alert danger).
  LOADING: not applicable for the default server-rendered path.
Accessibility: inherits shell/centred.html; the summary is a definition
  table; the submit is a real POST button, not a GET link. Covered by the
  archetype harness's full gate sweep at every W0.1 breakpoint, both themes.
Responsive: inherits shell/centred.html's fluid, no-breakpoint centred panel.
