CASE LIST / ruled: a checkable work record (figure | name + note),
hairline rows, not feature cards.

WHEN TO USE THIS INSTEAD OF FEATURE GRID OR DIRECTORY. Feature grid is
SaaS feature tiles. Directory is a numbered package / docs index with a
meta column. This is selected-work proof under a figures band: short
results with a name and a quiet note, optionally linked as a whole row.

WHAT YOUR VIEW MUST SUPPLY. Pass case_list_items as items (list of dicts):

`result`, `body`, `url` and `aria_label` are each optional per item. Omit
a field and it does not render. Without `url` the row stays non-interactive.
