Scope
-----

This software licence transition does not grant or change rights to third-party
market data, vendor services or manuscripts. Their applicable permissions remain
separate. The eight packaged futures-data files are unchanged. Paper workspaces
and private research outputs are excluded from both wheel and source archives.
Installed dependencies retain their own licences and bundled-component notices;
this package's MIT licence is not a statement that an entire environment is MIT.
