Fixed "typd" → "typed" in the comment at the top of `src/seed.py`.

--- the person asks for a proposal:
I proposed node `n3`, "README.md has one line saying what emails() returns". It has scope `README.md` and check `test -s README.md`. I haven't written the README.

Which line do you want in it? `emails()` in `src/users.py` currently returns `[]`, and the existing node n1 says it should return lower-case emails. I can write either:

- "`emails()` returns a list of the users' lower-case email addresses." (the intended behavior from n1)
- "`emails()` returns an empty list." (what the code does today)

Should I approve `n3` and write the README, and if so, which line?

--- and answers in the same session, with one word: yes
I wrote `README.md` with one line and marked `n3` done. The check `test -s README.md` passed, and nothing outside its scope changed:

> `emails()` returns a list of the users' lower-case email addresses.

Your "yes" didn't say which of the two lines I offered, so I used the first, which describes the intended behavior. `emails()` in `src/users.py` still returns `[]`, so the README is ahead of the code until `n1` (lower-case emails) is done. If you'd rather it describe the current behavior, I can change it to "returns an empty list".
