Does `exchange.transcribed` faithfully capture what the caller said in `exchange.spoken`? Answer true when the only differences are punctuation, capitalisation, sentence splitting, numbers written as digits rather than words, dropped filler words, or the same utterance repeated twice. Answer false when a name, number, date or duration differs in value, a negation is gained or lost, words are missing or invented such that the meaning changes, or `exchange.transcribed` is empty while something was spoken. `exchange.agent_reply` is context only — never judge the quality of the reply.
