IMPRESSION:
 
 1. No pneumothorax is appreciated.
 2. Overall cardiac and mediastinal contours are stable.
 3. There has been interval improvement in the mild perihilar edema.
 4. Right internal jugular central line has its tip in the mid SVC unchanged.
 5. Endotracheal tube continues to have its tip approximately 4 cm above the carina.
 6. The nasogastric tube is seen coursing below the diaphragm with the tip not identified.
 7. There is a layering left effusion.
 8. Patchy bibasilar airspace opacities are now seen suggestive of atelectasis, although a superimposed infection cannot be excluded.
