FINAL REPORT
SINGLE FRONTAL VIEW OF THE CHEST

REASON FOR EXAM: Left frontal intraparenchymal hemorrhage secondary to AV coiling, fluid overload, and VAP with oxygen requirement.

Comparison is made with prior study, ___.

Left PICC tip is in the upper-to-mid SVC. NG tube tip is below the diaphragm and difficult to evaluate. Cardiac size is top normal. The aorta is tortuous. Mild vascular congestion has improved. Right lower lobe atelectasis has increased. Opacity in the left lower lobe is grossly unchanged, a combination of consolidation and pleural effusion. The opacity could be due to atelectasis or pneumonia in the appropriate clinical setting.
