 IMPRESSION:
 
 ET tube and left subclavian line are in standard placements. Nasogastric tube
 ends in the upper stomach. Right pigtail pleural drainage catheter unchanged
 in position projects over the right mid lung, and could be fissural. Heart
 size is normal. No pneumothorax or appreciable pleural effusion. More severe
 consolidation in the right lung is concerning for concurrent pneumonia or
 pulmonary hemorrhage. Although moderate to severe pulmonary edema has improved
 since ___, the appearance of both lungs is little change relative to ___.
