 COMPARISON: Prior chest radiographs ___.

 IMPRESSION:

Left pleural drain still in place. Left subclavian or PIC line ends in the
upper SVC. ET tube in standard placement. Nasogastric drainage tube can be
traced as far as the low esophagus but the tip is not seen. There is no
pneumothorax or appreciable pleural effusion. Heart is moderately enlarged,
but exaggerated by very low lung volumes. Is the reason to suspect cardiac
injury with recent trauma. Essentially symmetric bilateral perihilar
consolidation has progressed since ___ most readily explained by pulmonary
 edema, less so body pneumonia.
