 PORTABLE CHEST FILM, ___ AT 5:53
 
 CLINICAL INDICATION: ___-year-old with pulmonary edema, check fluid status.
 
 Comparison to ___ at 12:17.
 
 Portable AP upright chest film ___ at 5:53 is submitted.
 
 IMPRESSION:
 
 1. No pneumothorax.
 2. The heart remains enlarged.
 3. There is improvement but persistent mild pulmonary and interstitial edema.
 4. Tracheostomy tube and right subclavian PICC line are unchanged in position.
 5. Cardiac and mediastinal contours are stably prominent.
 6. There continue to be bilateral layering effusions with associated patchy opacities, left greater than right, likely reflecting atelectasis.
