FINAL REPORT
 HISTORY:  ___-year-old female with malaise, crackles, and low-grade fever.
 
 STUDY:  PA and lateral chest radiographs.
 
 COMPARISON:  ___.
 
 FINDINGS:  There is no pneumothorax. A low thoracic vertebral body compression fracture with resultant kyphosis is unchanged. The lungs demonstrate central and perihilar ground-glass opacities extending to the base with small bilateral pleural effusions. The heart size is enlarged compared to prior study. The mediastinal contour continues to demonstrate calcified atherosclerotic disease of the aortic knob with a tortuous aorta. There has been interval removal of the right central venous catheter.
 
 IMPRESSION:  Cardiomegaly with pulmonary edema.
