 INDICATION:  ___M w/NSCLC on chemo, recurrent spont PTX, COPD, chronic PE w/L
 bronchopleural fistula, planned to have decortication now s/p cric and aborted
 thoracotomy. CT x3.  // interval change

 IMPRESSION: 
 
 Severe bilateral subcutaneous emphysema is again noted. Cardiomegaly cannot be assessed. Right pleural effusion is unchanged. ET tube is in standard position. Right lower lobe consolidation is stable. Left IJ catheter tip is in the mid SVC. Other diffuse bilateral lung opacities have minimally improved. There are low lung volumes. Dobhoff tube tip is out of view, below the diaphragm. 2 left chest tubes are unchanged position.
