 INDICATION: ___ year old woman with s/p vfib cardiac arrest with ROSC,
 intubated, sedated, cooled. // ET tube placement, interval changes in volume
 status, consolidation, evidence of pneumothorax ET tube placement, interval
 changes in volume status, consolidation, evidence of pneumothorax
 
 IMPRESSION: 
 
 Indwelling cardiopulmonary support devices in standard placements respectively.
 No pneumothorax.
 Mild cardiomegaly unchanged.
 Compared to chest radiographs ___ and ___.
 Pulmonary edema has improved substantially.
 Pleural effusions are smaller.
 To what extent the substantial, residual opacification in the lower lungs is edema alone or edema and concurrent pneumonia is impossible to say.
 Careful radiographic surveillance is recommended.
