 IMPRESSION: 
 
 No pneumothorax.
 Nasogastric tube passes into the upper stomach and out of view.
 Heart is borderline enlarged, unchanged.
 ET tube in standard placement.
 Left PIC line ends in the low SVC.
 Most of the right lung is obscured by the overlying edema.
 The precise anatomic location of the drainage catheter would require CT scanning for assessment it was juxta mediastinal on the chest CT performed ___.
 Left lung shows borderline interstitial edema improved since ___ and consolidation at the base which could be atelectasis or pneumonia.
 A despite the indwelling right pigtail pleural drain, there is still substantial right pleural effusion, and increased at the base an the apex today.
