FINAL REPORT
REASON FOR EXAMINATION: Evaluation of the patient after ET tube placement.

No pneumothorax is seen. The NG tube tip is in the stomach. There has been interval progression of pulmonary edema as well as bibasal worsening of consolidations, most likely consistent with atelectasis and pleural effusion. The ET tube tip is 3.7 cm above the carina. Left subclavian line tip is at the level of mid SVC. AP radiograph of the chest was reviewed in comparison to prior study obtained on ___ at 9:13 p.m.
