 EXAMINATION: CHEST (PORTABLE AP)
 
 INDICATION: ___ year old woman w/ removal of mediastinal tubes // eval for
 effusions and PTX
 
 TECHNIQUE: Single frontal view of the chest
 
 COMPARISON: ___
 
 IMPRESSION: 
 
 Bilateral chest tubes remain in place. Left PICC tip is in the lower SVC. Swan-Ganz catheter tip is in the main pulmonary artery. ET tube tip is 7.7 cm above the Carina could be advanced couple of cm for more standard position. NG tube tip is out of view below the diaphragm. There is no evident pneumothorax. Mild cardiomegaly is stable. Mild to moderate pulmonary edema has increased. Right lower lobe opacities have increased likely atelectasis and small effusion.
