 HISTORY:  ___-year-old man with failure to wean after abdominal surgery. 
 Bilateral pleural effusions.
 
 IMPRESSION:  AP chest compared to ___:
 
 No pneumothorax.
 Bilateral pigtail pleural drains in place at mid level on both sides of the chest.
 Right lower lobe consolidation improved, less severe consolidation on the left worsened slightly, either is atelectasis, less likely pneumonia.
 Upper enteric tube ends in the upper stomach.
 Small right pleural effusion, improved since ___.
 Mild cardiomegaly stable.
 Left subclavian and right PIC lines end in the SVC.
 Pneumothorax small, on the left, if any, not changed appreciably since ___.
