EXAMINATION: CHEST (PORTABLE AP)

INDICATION: ___ year old man with b/l CTs, R apical PTX. // evaluate for
interval change evaluate for interval change

IMPRESSION:

Left PIC line ends in the low SVC. Heart size normal. 2 right lung nodules are new since ___, concerning for septic emboli or other infection. Small right apical pneumothorax stable. Compared to chest radiographs ___. Mild pulmonary edema has improved. Left lower lobe consolidation, probably atelectasis, improved but did not clear following insertion of the left drainage tube. Bilateral pleural effusions, small on the right small to moderate on the left unchanged with basal pleural drainage catheters in place.
