Bilateral pulmonary opacities reflecting a combination of loculated effusions, consolidations, and atelectasis seen on prior CT, appears minimally changed ___.
A right tunneled line and tracheostomy tube are unchanged in position.
No pneumothorax.

No pneumothorax.
Minimal change since ___, with multiple pulmonary opacities reflecting a combination of atelectasis, consolidations, and loculated effusions seen on prior CT.
