ET tube is in standard position. There is no pneumothorax. Heart is mildly enlarged, but stable. Residual opacification at the base of the left lung could have been from pneumonia or atelectasis. Moderate right pleural effusion and right lower lobe collapse are unchanged since ___. There is no appreciable left pleural effusion. Previous mild pulmonary edema has improved since ___. An upper enteric drainage tube passes into the stomach and out of view.
