FINAL REPORT
 INDICATION: ___-year-old male question of CHF vs pneumonia.
 
 TECHNIQUE: Chest PA and lateral
 
 COMPARISON: None available.
 
 FINDINGS: 
 
 A small left-sided pleural effusion is identified. The right hilus is also enlarged. Aortic calcifications are at the aortic arch is noted. Prominent peripheral interstitial markings and cephalization of vessels is consistent with pulmonary edema. There is no pneumothorax. PA and lateral chest radiograph demonstrates an enlarged heart. Visualized osseous structures are unremarkable. Underlying pulmonary edema is also present.
 
 IMPRESSION: 
 
 Volume loss at the right lower lobe with pulmonary opacity concerning for pneumonia. Patchy opacity at the right lower lung zone and obscuring the right heart border is additionally identified.
