EXAMINATION: CHEST (PORTABLE AP)
 
INDICATION: Ms.___ is a ___ lady with h/o CML s/p allogenic MRD (d0 = ___) admitted with AMS, hypoxemic respiratory failure, and shock now s/p cardiac catheterization without CAD but remains in cardiogenic shock of unclear etiology on IABP, now off of pressors and IABP. Still intubated with minimal response after sedation has been off. // Assess ET tube position

IMPRESSION: 
NG tube tip is in the stomach.
Right PICC tip is in the cavoatrial junction.
ET tube is in standard position.
There are low lung volumes.
Cardiomegaly cannot be assessed.
Small left pleural effusion is stable.
Left lower lobe atelectasis has improved.
Increasing opacities in the left mid lung could be atelectasis or pneumonia.
